Mumbai, April 26. Reliance Industries Limited reported all-time-high FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹11,75,919 crore, up 9.8% year-on-year.
Record EBITDA
Full-year consolidated EBITDA rose 13.4% YoY to ₹2,07,911 crore — also a record. While Q4 net profit fell 12.55% to ₹16,971 crore, annual net profit rose 16%.
Jio dominates
Jio Platforms' annual revenue reached ₹1,46,085 crore (up 14.6% YoY), with EBITDA of ₹76,255 crore and net profit of ₹28,500 crore. Jio is now a dominant digital player alongside being a telecom giant.
Jio leads the 5G revolution
Jio's subscriber base crossed 515 million, including 253 million 5G users — more than 53% of total network traffic. This makes Jio the world's largest 5G operator outside China by subscriber count.
AirFiber expands rapidly
In home broadband, JioAirFiber crossed 25 million subscribers. AirFiber delivers broadband over wireless technology rather than FTTH, making it easier to reach rural India.
Green energy: the third pillar
Mukesh Ambani has reiterated that green energy will be Reliance's third major business pillar by 2030 — after oil/chemicals and digital/retail. Jamnagar's solar panel factory and hydrogen plant will come online this year.
Stock market reaction
Reliance shares fell 1.5% after results as investors zeroed in on Q4's lower profit. Long-term analysts, however, maintain a "buy" rating with a target of ₹3,200.
